Since its founding in 2006, Annapolis Green has been at the heart of the area’s grassroots environmental movement, motivating people to stand up for Nature with unique programs that connect, inform, inspire, and incite meaningful change. And we bring the global issues of Climate Change home to our community.
The work we do matters and requires resources beyond those provided by our programs alone. Your support makes it possible for us to continue to:
- Be the most prolific local voice for Climate Change mitigation here at home
- Offer a comprehensive online toolkit to educate other organizations on Zero-Waste best practices
- Lead the community‘s education and adoption of electric vehicles by hosting one of the largest EV Drive Electric shows in the state
- Host Green Drinks, providing a forum for in-person connections for anyone interested in local environmental issues to gather and exchange ideas in a relaxed, fun setting.
- Collaborate with partners, including the City of Annapolis, on plastic reduction projects
